东亿国际传媒产业园始建于2008年，由北京中视东升文化传媒有限公司投资运营。园区始终坚持中国共产党的领导，砥砺奋进，在高井党总支的领导下先后获得了“国家文化产业示范基地”、“全国优秀文创IP园区”、“北京市文化创意产业园区”、“首都文化企业三十佳”等荣誉称号，并成立了东亿园区联合党支部和园区“妇女之家”。

在北京市及朝阳区政府的领导下，在《北京市产业结构调整指导意见》及《关于加快文化产业发展的指导意见》的精神指导下，东亿园区围绕着文化产业集群化发展，着力打造了产业聚集效应显著的生态型文化产业示范基地。

园区各类配套设施一应俱全、产业生态系统健康发展，除了园林式的独栋写字楼外，还配套了三个演播厅、花漾年华电影主题酒店、新维亚商务酒店、东亿美术馆、城市书坊、会议中心、运动馆、篮球场、多层式停车楼等设施，以满足广大文化从业者不同层次的需求。

Dongyi International Media Industry Park was founded in 2008，It is invested and operated by Beijing Zhongshi Dongsheng Culture Media Co., LTD. The park has always adhered to the leadership of the Communist Party of China and made great efforts，under the leadership of the General Party Branch of Gaojing, it has successively won the honorary titles of "National Cultural Industry Demonstration Base", "National Excellent Literary and Creative IP Park", "Beijing Cultural and Creative Industry Park", "Top 30 Capital Cultural Enterprises", and established Dongyi Park Union Party Branch and Park "Women's Home".   

Under the leadership of the Beijing Municipal and Chaoyang District Governments, under the guidance of the Guidelines for the Adjustment of Industrial Structure in Beijing and the Guidelines for the Acceleration of Cultural Industry Development, Dongyi Park has made great efforts to build an ecological cultural industry demonstration base with remarkable industrial agglomeration effect around the development of cultural industry cluster.

The park has all kinds of supporting facilities and healthy development of industrial ecosystem. Apart from the garden-style single office building, it also has three studios, Teenage Dream Film Theme Hotel, Sparko Business Hotel, Dongyi Art Gallery, City Bookstore, Conference Center, Sports Hall, Basketball Court and Multi-storey Garage to meet the needs of cultural practitioners at different levels.
