东亿国际传媒产业园始建于2008年，由北京中视东升文化传媒有限公司投资运营。园区始终坚持“立德于心 尽责至善”的运营理念，砥砺奋进。先后获得了“国家文化产业示范基地”、“全国优秀文创IP园区”、“北京市文化创意产业园区”、“首都文化企业三十佳”、“北京市级文化产业示范园区”等荣誉称号，2024年，入选北京朝阳文化产业首批“百亿园区”。
在北京市及朝阳区政府的领导下，在《北京市产业结构调整指导意见》及《关于加快文化产业发展的指导意见》的精神指导下，园区以“传媒公园”为定位，以打造北京乃至全国具有影响力的高品质、国际化、生态型的文化产业聚集区为目标，构筑了涵盖影视文化作品创意、制作、推广、发行全过程的产业生态系统，产业集聚效应显著，已打造成初具地域影响力的高质量文化产业集群。
与此同时，园区紧跟数字经济发展脉络，推进智慧园区建设，加速打造新场景，营造创新氛围，培育新质生产力，吸引了大批国家高新技术企业、专精特新企业入驻，“文化+科技”融合发展势头强劲。
园区各类配套设施一应俱全、产业生态系统健康发展，除了园林式的独栋写字楼外，还配套了三个演播厅、花漾年华电影主题酒店、东亿美术馆、花漾酒吧、会议中心、运动馆、篮球场、多层式停车楼等设施，以满足广大文化从业者不同层次的需求。
